Maquillage Little Glossy Nails + NOTW

Part of Maquillage's Summer 2010 collection, Little Glossy Nails are mini bottles of nail polish which promises to deliver trendy summer colors and bling to your nails... and they do the job! quite well actually.

I got mine from gooddealer who sells them by packs of 3 for HKD19.74 + handling and shipping; chose the set which had #1 (translucent white with square glitters and shimmers), 80 (sheer turquoise color packed with green glitters) and BE715 (an opaque coppery shade).

I really like #1 & 80 for my fingernails, BE715 will be painted on my toenails for my next pedi, I think its a nice shade for the toes. :)

Maquillage Fall 2010: Dual Glow Eyes BR275

A part of Maquillage's Fall 2010 collection, the Dual Glow Eyes are cream eyeshadows which come in 5 duo shades (grey, pink, brown, orange and white with light and dark shade combinations). I got mine at gooddealer.com for $31.48 including shipping and received it in the mail in less than 2 weeks.

I searched high and low for some swatches but none was available yet so I just chose a safe color, BR275.

A Sweet Change + Maquillage Eyes Creator 3D in BE763

Happy weekend dah-lins! As you might have noticed already, I've changed my blog background! :) I have been feeling under the weather recently so I thought of doing some changes to uplift my mood (yeah, because happiness is a choice sometimes! ^_~) I wanted something light colored, pleasant, sweet and cute so i chose this, it has the perfect dose of girly-ness, just what I need! :) 

I also have something to share with you, I got the limited edition Eyes Creator BE763 from Maquillage's Spring 2010 collection and I can't take my eyes off of it! (please forgive me for the terrible pun)  It's so pretty!

The palette comes in the large and sleek compact similar to the Face Creator compact, but this has a pearly/milky finish to it.

The labels on the plastic insert is always a good touch.

The ripples on the shadows and the shell + star prints on the cream base and gel liner are so cute, but will be wiped out when the palette is used. :(

The smooth texture, silkiness and soft shades make it a really nice palette, color payoff is slightly sheer (even the liner color) but totally detectable and the combinations are perfect for a spring time light makeup look. For sparkles, there's quite a lot of shimmer on the gold shadow. I know I don't need another neutral/soft colored palette and the colors are very dupe-able but I just had to have it! Plus Maquillage never fails me when it comes to the quality of their products. If you are hunting for an eyeshadow palette with soft spring time shades, you might want to check this out. :)

Mail time!

I ♡ opening anything that comes in the mail, who doesn't, right? especially if they're pretty cosmetics! Stuff I ordered from ebay, ichibankao.com and gooddealer.com have arrived after a month of waiting and im going to share some photos and my short reviews with you. Here goes...

the nice, flat and  fuzzy applicator makes it easier to apply the product especially on the outer edges of your lips.

Kanebo Allie Sunscreen SPF50 PA+++

I bought the 25ml bottle just to try it out, its liquid consistency makes it glide on smoothly and it is not oily nor dry when applied to the face. I like it a lot. I think I will try the Allie whitening sunscreen next.

SV887 E/S palette is a very pretty metallic with a touch of pink. At first i thought the pink color was vivid but it wasn't, but its okay because i think the colors compliment one another. I just regret not buying the other colors! i want the pink, violet and blue palettes as well after seeing them on lotuspalace! :)
