Etude House Miss Tangerine Sweet Shower Lips #3 Swatch + FOTD

Almost forgot that I had this, good thing I looked through my archived photos and saw some "un-blogged" products. So today I'm sharing with you another item from Etude House's Miss Tangerine collection, Sweet Shower Lips in #3 Miss Sunny Tangerine.

What I like:
♥ VERY cute packaging
♥ sheer-medium pigmentation, creamy, easy to wear
♥ pretty shade of orangey-red, compliments my NC30 skin tone
♥ sweet, citrus scent (can be a CON if you don't like scented lip products)
♥ not too pricey (Php398 if I remember correctly)
♥ not drying! (for an EH lippie, this is unexpected!)

What I don't like:
◆ The twist mechanism is NOT RETRACTABLE
◆ it emphasizes lip lines
◆ it can only last for 2 hours max.

swatch:

quick FOTD:

Etude House Miss Tangerine Cream Choux Blush Swatches

Hello lovelies! I went to Etude House yesterday to swatch the Miss Tangerine Cream Choux Blushers for my blusher fiend of a friend Jennifer. :P

Remember in my last Miss Tangerine post I said none of the other products from the line caught my fancy? Well I'm going to eat my own words today... cause I realized all they needed was a chance to be tried on. ;)

Miss Tangerine Cream Choux Blushers are dry cream blushers which are smooth and long wearing.
The packaging is so cute! :)

here are the swatches:
(L-R) #1 Miss Tangerine #2 Miss Peach #3 Miss Berry #4 Miss Grape

orange, peach, pink and lavender shades

I tried on all the shades on my cheeks, #1 made me look like an Oompa Loompa #2 gave me a natural looking peachy flush, #3 is a bright and pretty pink and #4 gave a brightening effect to my face. Oompa Loompa is not a good look for me and I already have LOTS of bright pink blushers so I only got #2 and #4.

The Miss Tangerine Cream Choux Blushers retail for Php328/per tube (approx. USD7) which is not bad for the amount and quality of product (12g) you will get. They are pigmented (especially #1 and #3), very easy to blend and lasts the whole day. The shades are targeted to suit fairer asian skin with yellow undertones so I recommend it to those who belong in that category.

my mini haul :)

blended swatch of #2 Miss Peach and #4 Miss Grape

GWP! for every Php2,000 purchase - I got some stuff for friends too :P

I love shopping at Etude House for their really cute gifts with purchase. This is the most functional and practical one I've received from them so far. <3

Etude House Miss Tangerine Follow Me Tint #2 + FOTD

Two posts in a day... Someone's on a roll! xD I had the opportunity to shop for a bit at Etude House the other day so I checked out their new collection, Miss Tangerine. The collection features the bright and zesty color orange which was very refreshing to look at. But honestly, none of the items from the collection caught my fancy since I find Etude House lipsticks drying, and the blushers and shadows from the collection seemed to be very sheer, powdery and loaded with glitters.

I only purchased the new Miss Tangerine Follow Me Tint which seems to be the safest choice if you really want to get something from this collection.

 Miss Tangerine Follow Me Tint #2 Tangerine Follower SPF 13
cute packaging, the polka-dots reminds me of DollyWink.

it looks really bright ad orangey in the tube...

but this is how it looks like when swatched, sheer orange

which turns into a milky pinky-peach, depending on the "mood" or temperature of your lips.

here's my basic FOTD wearing the Follow Me Tint:
It looks more orange on my lips than in the swatch (it can also turn into a bright pink), which is why I cant really say the exact shade because it will depend on your natural lip color and temperature. The texture of the balm is smooth, it gives my lips a nice tinted sheen and its really comfortable to wear. The SPF is also a big plus for this product. However, I don't find it moisturizing, its actually drying after an hour or two.

Overall, this product is only nice to have, NOT a MUST-HAVE. Price is Php298 (approx. USD7)  at local Etude House stores.

side note -> The cute bow necklace I'm wearing is a gift from lovely Lulu! :)

TGIF! Have a fun weekend!

Etude House Dr. Lash Ampule Long and Volume Short Review

Hi everyone! Wow, is it Thursday already? How's your week going so far? I had an unfortunate start this week, that is why I haven't been motivated to blog for the past few days. But don't worry, its nothing majorly depressing, just an important lesson on handling personal matters properly. I'm wiser now. :)

Moving on to the subject of this post, I know I promised to post the Etude House Lash Ampule review last week but, the effect was really hard to see (if ever theres any) so I gave it another week to prove itself.

Here it is in its original packaging:

Etude Doctor Lash Ample CF with 2NE1

So, what happens when pink and princessy cosmetic company Etude House teams up with the charmingly silly gals of 2NE1?
See for yourself!

Dara still can't act to save her life, fortunately, she has amazingly milky skin to complement her pretty face. She looked wonderful with minimal makeup and her glowy complexion sure is enviable! I don't know about the other girls because their faces were covered with those googly eyes SFX. LOL! I'm sure a lot of girls are interested in the "Etude Doctor Lash Ample" now with the über popular Kpop group 2NE1 hawking the lash serum. I wonder if it is being sold locally. (note to self: go to Etude House this weekend!)

side note: Lurvey and I are feeling so much better now! Its our last day of antibiotics *tummy is dancing in glee* hehe. Again,  thank you everyone for your concern and warm messages!

Thank You + Etude House Haulie

Happy heavens! I have reached 50 followers today! I feel really satisfied as a blogger and super duper happy of course! When I started blogging I didn't even know what to expect, i just wanted to share my thoughts on this passion we all share and now I have 50 blogger buddies! ^_^ I would like to express my gratitude and sincerest thanks to all the lovely ladies (and gents - if there are any) who read my blog and always leave love and sweetness here in ♡ coffretgorge.

THANK YOU!

~~~
Now onto my mini haul from Etude House. At long last, I finally had the time to drag myself and Lurvey to Megamall (where Etude House is located) and boy was there a lot of people! I haven't gone to Megamall in ages! (ok i'm exaggerating. lol)
I like the pretty & princessy pink paper bag
I got a free Lee Min Ho file folder (left), isn't he cute?! *sigh* I find his pose awkward though. hehehe ;)
Honestly, I wasn't over the moon when I was perusing the shelves of Etude House, one reason is that it was so warm inside! Who would want to sweat while cosmetic shopping? Answer: Not me! :P Plus, the stuff was a little blah. But being the diligent happy camper that I am, I managed to snag some stuff just to try the quality of the products ;)
First thing I grabbed, a pack of Happy Tea Time Green Tea cleansing tissues - Php98
for those days when I have a long travel home, this is very convenient; I don't think it can take off waterproof mascara though, because when I tried it I was only wearing regular mascara and it took me quite a while to clean my lashes. It has green tea scent which is not too heavy, i can tolerate it.
Moistfull Collagen mask sheet - Php98
formulated mask sheet to supply collagen and moisture to improve complexion
Falsies! - Php198
I don't use falsies, I just like buying them. I know, I should try putting them already! :)
Nail Art pen - Php148
works like a correction pen. :)
Dear Darling Nails Bling Bling - yes that's the name! ^_^ - Php198
RD010, scarlet red with gold glitters
swatch in tape:
It reminds me of Dorothy's red pumps. gorge!
Have you ever tried Etude House products? What would you recommend? :)
Thanks for reading!
